Shipping policy
We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
For delivery within India, we use a ground-based courier service. Delivery within India can take up to 7 to 10 working days. Our delivery partners will bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, you can report the issue to Customer Support Team at 9022039022, or you can write us on support@esotico.net.in
Once the order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered mobile number. Order status will be updated 24 hours after the order is dispatched.
Shipping is free pan India; we only charge 40/- as COD charges.
Reverse shipping charges (at actual) have to be paid by customers who return the product.
For order cancellation or modification, please raise the request by emailing us at support@esotico.net.in from your registered email ID. The request must be placed within 12 hours of placing the order.
Order cancellation or modification cannot be done once the order is dispatched.
