Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@esotico.net.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Sai Dhara Gala No. 7, Survey Nos. 31/9, 31/10, 31/6p, 31/7/A, Building No. B-2, Bhoirgaon, Bhiwandi, Thane, Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, 421302, India.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if I want to return my product?

You may only return damaged, defective, or wrong products received by you. The product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date to receive a refund, excluding shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
Please note: Return/replacement requests must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the claim.

Returns shall be processed, and refunds will be issued within 2 weeks from the request being registered.

Do you offer refunds on all products?

No. The refund can only be availed on the return of damaged or defective products.

Is the shipping cost refunded too?

No. Shipping is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed, and refused packages. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.

Please Note: In case of defects, missing or wrong product, an unboxing video/images must be mandatorily shot and submitted, along with the original packaging in case of missing items/leakage/breakage or damage/incorrect product.

How can I cancel my order?

  1. You can only cancel your order before it is shipped. Order cancellation or modification cannot be done once the order is dispatched.
  2. Once the cancellation request is raised by emailing us at support@esotico.net.in from your registered email ID. Our team will connect you within 48 business hours.
    Please note: We initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment method you chose for the transaction.
  3. Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account.

    NOTE: In case the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction has failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest.

If I receive a damaged product, what should I do?

1. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, a return request must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the claim.
Please note: Shooting an unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of missing items, leakage, breakage or damage, or incorrect product in order to exchange or claim a refund on the product delivered.
